Through AutoMed, you can book, cancel, or manage appointments online at any time, receive instant SMS reminders, and update your details safely and conveniently.
If it’s your first time booking online:
- Click “Book Appointment” below
- On the AutoMed page, select ‘Create Account’
- Enter your Medicare details, date of birth, and contact information
- Once registered, you can log in anytime to manage future appointments

Medical Emergency
If you require urgent medical attention, please call 000 or visit your nearest hospital emergency department. For urgent but non-life-threatening issues, please call us to arrange a same-day appointment if available.
New Patients Welcome
We warmly welcome new patients to our practice. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete registration forms.
Please bring:Â Medicare card, any relevant medical records, and a list of current medications.

For complex issues, multiple concerns, or comprehensive health assessments
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 2 hours notice. This allows us to offer your appointment to another patient. Appointments cancelled without sufficient notice may incur a cancellation fee.
